Jimmy McBride Shines on Houston Manufacturers Premiere Episode |

Jimmy McBride of Lyondell was a superb first guest and provided some eye-opening statistics on projected skilled labor shortages in Houston and surrounding areas for the next few years. His focus, however, was on the people and companies who are taking decisive action in finding solutions for this growing problem.
If you are expecting a shortage of skilled labor in your company within the next few years, then you may want to join forces with the other companies, non-profits, and agencies working together to find, train, and employ young adults in construction and industrial skills.
